Industrial Rubber Sheets and Plastic Sheets
HyperSheet® is PTI’s product group for industrial rubber sheets and plastic sheets, designed for factories, maintenance work, machinery, system applications, construction, sound insulation, sound absorption, sandblasting protection, energy applications, food and beverage production, and specialized industrial use requiring clear material specifications.
Available materials include Silicone, EPDM, NBR, NR, CR / Neoprene, Viton / FKM, SBR, IIR, HNBR, CSM, PTFE, and engineering plastics.
These materials support applications requiring heat resistance, oil resistance, chemical resistance, impact protection, sealing, vibration reduction, sound control, and safety protection in working areas.
For industrial rubber sheets, the key is not only the rubber type. The material must be selected based on temperature, chemical exposure, surface condition, working load, and required service life.

Rubber Products with Electrical Properties
ElectroMer® is PTI’s brand for rubber products designed for applications that require control of electrical insulation, static dissipation, conductivity, and material resistance values. In electrical, electronics, control system, and specialized industrial applications, rubber is not only a floor covering or support material. It becomes part of the safety system, damage prevention process, and performance control of the working environment.

Electrical Insulation Rubber Sheet
ElectroMer® Electrical Insulation Rubber Sheet is designed for areas that require improved electrical safety, such as electrical rooms, control panels, substations, industrial plants, office buildings, machine rooms, and work areas exposed to electrical risk. Available grades include Standard, Premium, Premium UL, Airtex, and Patterned, supporting customers who require product documentation, reliability, and electrical safety confidence. Selected grades are designed for applications related to IEC 61111:2009, depending on the required specification and application.
ESD Anti-Static Rubber Sheet
ElectroMer® ESD Anti-Static Rubber Sheet is developed for areas that require static control and reduced risk of electrostatic discharge, which may damage electronic components, circuit boards, measuring instruments, control devices, or other static-sensitive products. The product is made from NBR rubber with a Dissipative Layer to support stable static dissipation, durability, and consistent material performance in production environments. Selected options are available to support RoHS-2 requirements for industries that need documentation related to restricted substances and controlled manufacturing environments.
Electrically Conductive Rubber Sheet
ElectroMer® Electrically Conductive Rubber Sheet is manufactured from a special rubber compound that allows electrical current to pass through the material according to specified resistance requirements. This product group is suitable for applications where rubber must perform beyond basic support. It can be used in testing, electrical connection, charge control, and specialized applications that require controlled electrical resistance. Typical industries include electronics, military, communications, testing equipment, and other technical applications requiring electrically conductive rubber materials. The key is not only conductivity. PTI focuses on controlling resistance value, flexibility, thickness, shape, durability, and consistency of the finished part.
Semi-Conductive Rubber Products
ElectroMer® Semi-Conductive Rubber Products are rubber components with properties between electrical insulation rubber and conductive rubber. These materials are designed to allow electrical charge to move in a controlled manner under specified resistance values. They are suitable for applications that do not require complete insulation, but also do not require fast current flow like fully conductive materials. PTI can develop the rubber compound, electrical properties, hardness, shape, and production process to match real application requirements and achieve the right balance between safety, stability, and charge control performance.
SAPONG™
Sponge Rubber Sheet & Sponge Rubber Seal
Closed-Cell Sponge Rubber Products
SAPONG™ is PTI’s product group for closed-cell sponge rubber sheets and sponge rubber seals used in industrial sealing applications, including dust sealing, water sealing, air sealing, impact absorption, noise reduction, and assembly work requiring high flexibility.
Available forms include U-Seal, T-Seal, D-Seal, Omega Seal, Lip Seal, Sponge Rubber Sheet, Sponge Rubber Strip, Sponge Rubber Tape, and custom sponge rubber profiles made to specification.
The closed-cell structure helps reduce the passage of water, air, dust, and sound while providing flexibility and recovery for repeated compression sealing.
Material options include Silicone, EPDM, CR / Neoprene, NBR, NR, and Viton / FKM, depending on operating conditions such as heat, oil, chemicals, water, dust, air, impact, and outdoor exposure.
PTI also supports cut-to-size, cut-to-drawing, custom profile production, and adhesive tape backing to help customers reduce assembly time and improve sealing consistency in production lines.
DuPhragm™ Rubber Diaphragm Sheet
Industrial Rubber Diaphragm Products
DuPhragm™ is PTI’s product group for rubber diaphragm sheets used in machinery, pressure systems, pumps, valves, fluid control systems, food and beverage applications, and specialized industrial processes.
A rubber diaphragm sheet is not just a fabric-reinforced rubber sheet. It is a working component that must operate with pressure, sealing, stretching, recovery, and repeated movement inside a system.
If the rubber material, fabric reinforcement, thickness, or hardness is not properly selected, the part may leak, deform, tear, or cause system failure before the expected service life.
PTI supports multiple specification options, including rubber type, fabric type, number of fabric layers, thickness, hardness, size, hole pattern, shape, pressure resistance, oil resistance, chemical resistance, heat resistance, and fluid compatibility.
