Product Description

The ElectroMer® Conductive CR ( Neoprene) Rubber Sheet is specifically engineered for applications that require either low-amperage conductivity or effective protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD). It is ideally suited for industries where precision and electrical safety are critical, such as electronic manufacturing, medical equipment, electrical leak detection systems, and EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) shielding.

This conductive rubber sheet comes in a standard width of 1,000 mm (1 meter), with thickness options ranging from 0.5 mm to 25 mm and a standard roll length of 10 meters. Custom cutting services are also available to meet precise application requirements.

While many rubber compounds offer electrical resistance, they are not always designed to dissipate static electricity. The ElectroMer® sheet overcomes this limitation with a specialized CR rubber compound blended with conductive-grade carbon black, enabling true electrical conductivity and enhanced performance in static-sensitive environments.

In addition to its excellent conductivity and ESD protection, this Neoprene conductive rubber offers a wide range of performance benefits, including:
