PTI provides both ready-to-use rubber products under our own brands and custom rubber and plastic parts manufactured to customer specifications.
We control the process from raw material selection, rubber compound formulation, material properties, product specifications, production method, and quality inspection before delivery. This helps ensure consistent product quality and suitability for each customer’s actual operating environment.
For custom-made products, our technical team supports customers in selecting suitable materials and production processes for each application, including molded rubber parts, extruded rubber profiles, rubber sheets, engineering plastic components, and OEM parts made to drawing or sample.

Industrial Rubber Sheets & Plastic Sheets
PTI supplies industrial rubber sheets and plastic sheets for a wide range of applications. Available materials include Silicone, EPDM, NBR, NR, CR / Neoprene, Viton / FKM, SBR, IIR, HNBR, CSM, PTFE, and engineering plastics.
These products are suitable for applications that require heat resistance, oil resistance, chemical resistance, impact protection, sealing, vibration reduction, sound insulation, sound absorption, sandblasting protection, and other industrial material requirements.
The key is not only choosing the rubber type, but selecting the right material based on temperature, chemical exposure, surface condition, working environment, and required service life.
Electrical Rubber Products
PTI supplies electrical rubber products for applications that require control of electrical insulation, static electricity, conductivity, and material resistance values.

Electrical Insulation Rubber Sheet
Designed for electrical rooms, control panels, substations, factories, buildings, machine rooms, and work areas with electrical safety risks.
Selected product grades are developed for applications requiring compliance documents and electrical safety confidence, including products designed in accordance with IEC 61111:2009, depending on grade and application requirements.
ESD Anti-Static Rubber Sheet
Designed for electronics production areas, assembly rooms, circuit boards, measuring equipment, control devices, and products sensitive to electrostatic discharge.
PTI’s ESD rubber sheets are made from NBR rubber with a stable dissipative layer to support continuous static dissipation, durability, and long-term industrial use. Selected grades are available with RoHS-2 compliance support.
Electrically Conductive Rubber Sheet
Conductive rubber sheets are manufactured from special rubber compounds that allow electrical current to pass through the material according to specified resistance requirements.
They are suitable for testing, connection, charge control, and specialized applications in industries such as electronics, military, communications, testing equipment, and other technical applications requiring controlled conductivity.
Semi-Conductive Rubber Products
Semi-conductive rubber products are designed for applications that require controlled electrical charge movement between insulating rubber and conductive rubber.
PTI can develop rubber compounds, electrical properties, hardness, shape, and production processes to match real application requirements.
Closed-Cell Sponge Rubber Sheets & Sponge Rubber Seals
PTI manufactures and supplies closed-cell sponge rubber sheets and sponge rubber seals for industrial sealing applications, including dust sealing, water sealing, air sealing, impact absorption, noise reduction, and assembly work requiring high flexibility.
Available product forms include U-Seal, T-Seal, D-Seal, Omega Seal, Lip Seal, Sponge Rubber Sheet, Sponge Rubber Strip, Sponge Rubber Tape, and custom sponge rubber profiles.
The closed-cell structure helps reduce the passage of water, air, dust, and sound while providing flexibility and compression recovery for repeated sealing applications.
Materials can be selected according to the working environment, including Silicone, EPDM, CR / Neoprene, NBR, NR, and Viton / FKM.
PTI also supports cutting to size, cutting to drawing, special profile production, and adhesive tape backing to help customers reduce assembly time and improve sealing consistency.
Industrial Rubber Diaphragm Sheets
PTI supplies and develops rubber diaphragm sheets for pumps, valves, pressure systems, fluid control systems, food and beverage applications, and specialized industrial processes.
Rubber diaphragm sheets are not ordinary reinforced rubber sheets. They must work with pressure, sealing, stretching, recovery, and repeated movement inside a system. If the rubber material, fabric reinforcement, thickness, or hardness is not properly selected, the part may leak, deform, tear, or fail before expected service life.
PTI supports specification options such as rubber type, fabric type, number of fabric layers, thickness, hardness, size, hole pattern, shape, and resistance to pressure, oil, chemicals, heat, or fluid exposure.
Product options include Rubber Diaphragm Sheet, Fabric Reinforced Diaphragm, PTFE Coated Diaphragm, Diaphragm Pump Parts, Diaphragm Valve Parts, Rolling Diaphragm, Flat Diaphragm, Convoluted Diaphragm, and custom-cut diaphragm parts.
OEM Rubber & Plastic Parts
PTI provides OEM rubber and plastic parts based on customer drawings, samples, or actual operating requirements.
We consider material selection, compound formulation, component shape, production method, production volume, and cost efficiency to deliver parts that meet specifications and perform reliably in real applications.
Examples of supported products include rubber profiles, impact protection parts, molded rubber machine parts, rubber components for high-voltage applications, engineering plastic parts, and OEM components for specialized industries.
Specification Control for Real Industrial Performance
